Taurus · Capricorn
Nobody has to explain why the money matters.
Taurus and Capricorn are both earth, at an easy angle, and this is one of the least dramatic and most durable pairings in the zodiac. Both build. Both wait. Both are tired of being told they are unromantic by people who have never had to be the reliable one.
What pulls
Recognition, of a very unglamorous kind. Neither has to justify caring about security, or wanting the thing built properly, or declining to make a decision this evening. Capricorn, who works, meets someone who enjoys what the work is for. Taurus, who enjoys, meets someone who makes sure there is something to enjoy. It is a good arrangement and both of them know it early.
Where it grinds
Barely, and that is precisely the danger. An easy angle produces no pressure, and without pressure neither of these two will ever raise anything uncomfortable, because both would rather absorb it and get on with the day. So the difficult thing goes unsaid for years, not out of cowardice, but out of a shared and entirely sincere preference for not making a fuss.
The long version
This lasts. The real question is whether it is examined. A relationship this comfortable can quietly become a very well-run household with two fond strangers in it. What tends to save it is something awkward elsewhere in the two charts, an aspect that will not let both people stay polite. The Sun signs cannot show you that. The actual angles between the two charts can.
