The terms of your reading.

These terms cover the purchase and use of an Astroly reading. Please read them before you buy; by completing a purchase you agree to them.

Who you are buying from

Astroly is run from Vilnius, Lithuania, by the two people who write the readings. Your payment is processed by Stripe and will appear on your statement as ASTROLY TODAY.

Write to us at that address about anything at all — an order, a refund, your data, or a complaint. A person answers it.

What you buy

An Astroly reading is a one-time purchase of a personal, digital astrology reading written from your natal chart. It is not a subscription — there is nothing to cancel and nothing recurs.

Price

The price is A$97 when you give us an exact birth time, and A$59 when you do not. Without an exact time the Ascendant and the houses cannot be placed, so we leave them out rather than guess at them: that reading is five chapters instead of six, and is priced accordingly. A time known only roughly counts as no time for this purpose, because a two-hour window moves the Ascendant across most of a sign. Whichever applies to you is shown before you pay. It is charged once; the price shown is the final price, with no hidden fees and nothing recurring.

What you receive, and when

A detailed reading delivered digitally as a book-like document you can keep and return to. Six chapters with an exact birth time, five without one. We aim to deliver within 24 hours of purchase, after the reading has been reviewed by one of us.

Refunds

If you are not happy with your reading, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of delivery — no complicated conditions. Write to info@astroly.today and we will refund you. Full details are in our refund policy.

Personal use

Your reading is written for you. You are welcome to keep it and re-read it; please don't resell or redistribute it as your own product.

Our responsibility

Astroly is written to be thoughtful and well-made, but it is offered for reflection and enjoyment — it is not advice (medical, legal, financial or otherwise) and is not a prediction of the future. Decisions you make remain your own.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Wherever you live, you keep whatever consumer protections your own country makes mandatory — a clause in our terms cannot take those away, and nothing here is meant to try.

If you are a consumer in Australia, nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If you are in New Zealand, the same is true of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. Those rights apply in addition to the refund promise we make below and in our refund policy.
