Astroly is a two-person studio in Vilnius. There is no support desk and no ticket queue: what you write here goes to the same inbox we read every day, and one of us answers it. Usually within a day, and always by a person.

What people usually write about

• The signs in my reading are not the ones I know. The commonest question, and there is a real answer. Your reading is computed from your exact birth date, time and place, not from a sign — so it can disagree with the calendar tables, which print a fixed date for something that actually moves by up to a day and a half from year to year. Ask and we will show you exactly where the Sun stood on your day.
• My birth details are wrong. A mistyped year or the wrong city changes the whole chart. Tell us and we will recompute it and send the reading again, at no cost.
• My reading has not arrived. Check Promotions and Junk first, then write. We can see whether it left our side and resend it to a different address if it did not reach you.
• I would like a refund. Fourteen days, no conditions, no explanation required. See refunds.
• A question about my data. Access, correction or deletion — see privacy, or just ask here and we will handle it.
• Press, partnerships, or something none of the above covers. Also welcome.
