We want you to feel your reading was worth it. If you don't, we'd rather give your money back than keep it.
The promise
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your reading — no complicated conditions, no need to explain yourself. We'd love to hear what didn't land, but it isn't required.
How to ask
Write to hello@astroly.today from the email you ordered with, and mention your order. We'll confirm and process the refund.
How long it takes
We process refunds to your original payment method via Stripe. Once approved, it usually reaches you within a few business days, depending on your bank.
After 14 days
The 14-day window is our standard goodwill promise. If something has gone wrong with your order even later, still write to us — we'll do what's fair.
This policy sits alongside our terms. It does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under EU or Lithuanian law.
